Drifta Stockton Cast Iron Griddle
Great addition to our Drifta Stockton Firepit. This fits into the Grill bridge to be used together with the 1/2 grill net.
Description
One of the benefits of using a cast iron griddle is that it heats evenly and retains heat well, which makes it ideal for cooking foods that require a consistent temperature. Cast iron also has natural non-stick properties, making it easy to cook with and clean.
To use a cast iron griddle, it should be seasoned first by applying a thin layer of oil and heating it in an oven for a period of time. This creates a natural non-stick surface that will improve with use. Do not wash with soap. Only wipe it down with paper towel.
